Thank you for the opportunity to quote on your important function. We're sure you'll like our pricing so our Quotation Form below gives you the option to submit an order based on your selection. Once we receive your order we will contact you to confirm pricing and to finalise your booking.
We want to make whole process as easy as we can but while your here you might just cast an eye over our Terms and Conditions.
Just work your way through the Quotation Form and select the products and services you require. You can then calculate an estimate of the cost. If you then wish to place an order just enter your contact details and function details and submit your order. It's that easy!
At this stage our on-line quote and ordering system only caters for our Pick-a-Pack range. If you wish to order from our other product ranges please use our general enqury form or call us on Free Call 1300 368 453.
Terms and Conditions
Your booking with us is very important, however to ensure the success of your function we need to follow certain policies.
Confirmation and Deposit
To ensure the date of your choice, written confirmation and a deposit of 10% is required within 7 days of a tentative booking being made.
fingerfoods.com.au reserves the right to cancel any tentative bookings not confirmed within 7 days. We will contact you first.
Advice of Final Numbers and Details
Confirmation of the number of guests attending and all final details should be notified to our Functions Co-ordinator not less than five (5) working days prior to the event.
The confirmed minimum number you notify at that time will be the minimum number of guests for which you will be billed. Increases in the number of guests to be billed are permitted after this time but may incur a small surcharge.
Final payment for your function is required one week prior to the booked date. Payment can be made by cheque, direct debit or credit card.
We would be disappointed if your function were to be cancelled. However, we realize that unavoidable circumstances may sometimes prevent you from proceeding with your plans. If this should happen rather than lose your deposit you will be issued with a gift voucher to the same value as your deposit which you may use at a future function. This gift voucher is fully transferable to family or friends.
Delivery of Pick-a-Packs, "design your own" or Chef's Specials without staff incurs a delivery charge of $50.00.
For health and safety, all our orders are packed in a special polystyrene esky. This is most convenient for you, as you can leave the food in the esky until your party begins.
The esky fee is $5.00 and you get to keep the esky.
If you have selected a full staff catering option then the delivery and esky charges are included in the staff catering package.
Method of Payment
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, BANKCARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
If you wish to pay by cheque we must receive your payment prior to delivery of your order. We do not accept cheques on the day of your delivery.
(Note: Additional GST of 10% applies to all prepared foods and services prices.
